Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information such as your phone number, professional license number, brokerage affiliation, and profile photo.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries, properties viewed, and time spent on the platform.
Property Data: If you are a real estate agent, we may collect listing data, client contact information (that you choose to input), and transaction details to power our AI features.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Device & Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Provide Our Services: We use your data to power AI features including lead scoring, property matching, market analysis, and personalized recommendations.
Improve Our Platform: Usage data helps us understand which features are most valuable and where we can improve the user experience.
Communications: We send transactional emails (account verification, subscription updates, security alerts) and, with your consent, marketing emails about new features and industry insights.
Security: We use technical data to detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats.

3. AI & Machine Learning
Our AI features analyze aggregated and anonymized market data to generate insights, predictions, and recommendations. Your personal data may be used to personalize these features for your account.
We do not sell your personal data to train third-party AI models. Our models are trained on publicly available real estate data, aggregated platform usage patterns, and data you explicitly provide for AI processing.
You can opt out of personalized AI features at any time through your account settings. Core platform functionality will continue to work without personalization.
4. Data Sharing
Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate our platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and analytics providers.
Team Members: If you are part of an organization on our platform, certain data (such as shared client insights and activity) may be visible to other team members based on your organization's settings.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Anonymized and aggregated data (which cannot be used to identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and AI model improvement.
Backup copies of your data may persist in our systems for up to 90 days after deletion before being permanently removed.

Correction: You can update your account information at any time through your profile settings.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through your account settings or by contacting us.
